1. At New Years they close some of the streets for festivities, so the hotel had golf carts to help people get to their cars at the parking garage.

10. A nice touch is that the bedside radio had a sound effects button which had the sounds of the ocean shore to lull you to sleep (even if there is the real thing across the street!)The perfect place to stay if you want to indulge in the Art Deco Amazement of Miami Beach.
