1. When I stated that I knew someone had to have my phone because I knew the battery had a full charge (after charging all night) and that I never turn my phone off due to the nature of my job, she became visibly irritated and nervous.

4. The coffee bar in the room had no creamer, there was a charge for wi-fi (which is just crazy, when every coffee bar and auto repair shop is offering this for free now) and the front desk was so impersonal in thier approach to customer service.

8. Front desk said to take it up with them when they opened at 11a.m. Went back at 11 only to find they open at 4p.m. Front desk manager was sticking to the story they had no authority to zero that charge even though I gave THEM my card upon check in.

10. Upon investigating, we were told there was NOTHING the hotel could do and we would have to talk to either 24 or the spa, as the charge could be from either.
