A bus nearby goes to the Detroit Institute of Arts and Orchestra Hall, Wayne State U, the main library, etc. The coffee maker didn't work, the alarm/radio couldn't be figured out by most of my friends or me, the windows open only if you call for a handyman with a Swiss army knife, the food is generally very expensive and less wonderful than often rated, the shower temperature couldn't be regulated, and there's no towel rack near the sink.
