1. I took part of the green program so I did not have my room cleaned, but housekeeping was always attentive to bring me wash clothes or anything else I needed when asked.

Also unclear was the 'green' policy: one hung a tag outside the door if one didn't want clean towels and sheets and would receive a $5 discount on hotel services, but what no one realized is that you'd have no housekeeping service at all!(A friend told the management that it was unclear that the room would not receive any attention, but mainly she received an argument about it.
