1. Of course being in mgmt myself, I do have a few recommendations to the mgmt to take note of: -Time for a window cleaning, at the least the windows on the 14th floor facing the parking garage.

4. The only downside is the cost of the valet parking (this seems to be a norm with many Westin hotels) and I don't believe there is a self parking garage at or right near the location (but I could be wrong).
