1. Building 5 201 was extremely nice for hosting all of the dinners.

2. They did provide us a list of menus of where you can get take-out delivered to the unit, which is great if you put the little ones down and you want to have a quiet dinner on the lanai, but be aware that it will take 45 minutes to an hour for delivery.
"Wake up to the sound of the ocean right outside your bedroom window! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/18/2011 Vote
3. For dinner, I recommend taking the kids to Jackie Rey's Ohana Grill in Kailua-Kona - they have a great children's menu and make superb kiddie cocktails.

"Unit 5-204 a perfect place to relax " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/11/2011 Vote
6. The location for us was perfect; the complex is right on Keahou Bay, which made it close enough to get to Kailua-Kona for dinner and shopping, and not too far of a drive further north for the Kohala beaches; a quick drive south will get you to Captain Cook, Kealakekua Bay (for awesome snorkeling) and the coffee farms.

7. The kitchen is very nice and well laid out, and you can look out on the ocean whilst preparing dinner--the pass-through from the kitchen to the lanai is an especially nice touch.
"Townhouse 197--Vacation Spot in its own right! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/28/2011 Vote
8. We were up very early every morning just happy to hear and see the waves crashing against the rocks and enjoyed our breakfast on the lanai every morning and dinner there every evening.

10. While the later is beautiful it is 3 times the price and the food is horrible, I mean horrible and that is for $50 lunches for two and $300 a night for 4 for dinner.
