Brand new snorkel equipment, beach towels, cooler, umbrella and boogie boards to use to spend the day visiting the incredible array of fish (and 4!sea turtles) a short walk down the road at Kahulu'u Beach Park (which also happens to be the best beach for taking a surf lesson during your visit, I had a great one with http://www.

2. I loved how they provided extra towels (we didn't have to buy extra beach towels), and enough laundry and dish soap and paper towels so that you didn't have to run right out to the grocery store the minute you checked in.

3. The condo came well equiped with beach necessities (towels, chairs, umbrella, etc) that were all in good shape--you don't always get this with condos.

Pros: right on the water, great sunsets, lots of things to watch in the water like whales and dolphins, parking space right in front of condo, two flat screen tv's, fast internet, good ceiling fans, nice location across from a small shopping center w/ a grocery store and drug store and ice cream shop, walking distance to the snorkel beach for someone who is fit, working ceiling fans, lots of clean towels and sheets, comfortable large beds, did not see one ant or cockroach, beautiful views, NICE large pool, lots of cups silverware and plates plus cooking pots and pans in the kitchen.

8. In addition, there are plenty of beach towels (at least 8), beach chairs, boogie board, plus guidebooks/maps for Big Island to find the various beaches (would highly recommend Hapuna Beach, while a little bit of a drive, certainly lives up to its rating of Top 5 beach in the entire US).
