1. (By the way, we got a good price, bottle of wine and were upgraded to a suite through this website) My husband who goes NYC often in the advertizing business said it is the nicest and biggest room he's stayed in in New York.

8. We spent a week in this hotel while sightseeing in New York - we very much got the impression on arrival that this was an unusual length of stay, as I suppose it was given New York hotel prices, and this hotel is not cheap, but this was a special trip for us.

9. (I have stayed elsewhere for significantly less, in similar but slightly less spacious surroundings, however I couldn't find anything at a decent price for this trip - first week of May 2011.
