1. Room was comfortable and clean but not generously proportioned nor can you expect any good views; thankfully we were on the 8th floor so the traffic noise did not cause a problem.

2. Our room on the 14th floor had a wonderful view of a tile roofed temple converted to a performing arts theatre, plenty of space, all the amentites one could want including microwave, bar sink, refrigerator, a jacuzzi tub in a great marbled bathroom and room to spread out.

5. It might have been nice to be higher up for some possible view but I figured we didn't come to NYC to sit in a hotel room and look out the window.

6. We were not on the street side so didn't have a view but it was very quiet for NYC (except we could hear the girls screaming for One Direction at The Today Show one morning!)We have recommended to many friends, it is great for a family or group of friends.

7. We had no view, but we were usually only in the room at night when getting ready for bed.

10. The reception however told us about one room which was ready and asked us to look at it and was honest to tell us that it had no view.
