1. Our next visit the following year, we were welcomed by the manager in the key package along with 'and we've taken special care to see to it you had a bath mat since we know it was a concern of yours last time you were here.

Everything that has been said about it consistently on this web site is true, vis:- Small rooms/bathrooms/beds (for us, anyway - although suspect we were given 'tourist class' accommodation)- Extremely expensive mini-bar items and internet accessLighting in our room was poor as well, and the bath was more like a shower tray (small and shallow).

7. The room had a wet room style bathroom, unfortunately there wasn't a bath and the two showers were initially tricky to figure out how they worked.

8. The bath tub didn't drain well, I could have used another outlet for my phone, I could hear our neighbors through the connecting door, the lobby could use a larger flower arrangement, and the palms and columns could use some uplighting.

9. The room we had was well appointed, 2 big double beds, triple sheeted, double glazed window and with a well stocked bathroom including terry cloth bath robes.
