1. Anyway, luckily the nice guy by the name of Marc whom we had chated with the day we arrived, was the one working and he took care of removing the unfair charges on my bill.

9. Because of the parade, they were very busy, and I don't think they were staffed for it, because it got a little slow to get a drink re-fill or our bill, but we were in no hurry and we understood.
