2. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary during the trip and when we returned from dinner the hotel had sent up Champagne and 2 indivual Boston Cream Pie deserts accompanied by a hand written card from the manager wishing us a Happy Anniversary.

4. This was actually a 3 and 1/2 star hotel, based on the poor service, unfriendliness, etc.Jeff, the manager, however was great---helped us out a lot with the room problem.
