1. There was construction and taxis tooting at each other and loud drunks but it was pretty muffled with the heater on and the window closed.

6. The hotel doesn't have great views from most rooms and is in a very active part of the city so some noise exists (sirens, construction on a new cobblestone walkway in the alley) but overall I had a very restful sleep.
