1. It's nice to see original shops which aren't just chains stores that you can get anywhere else and the a stroll along with beachfront with the eclectic bunch of people is interesting.

2. Although the balcony faced the outside car park area - we never used it as we were mostly walking our way along the beachfront or walking to the Abbot Kinney Blvd shops, eating, sleeping or on tours.
