1. Every member of the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful whether it was getting us a drink, helping with directions, getting more towels, etc. The location was great for downtown if you have a particular reason to be down there.

3. Loved the bathroom, they supplied plenty of cotton buds which came in handy for makeup etc. Towels really soft but wasn't so keen on the soap for showering as I usually use shower gel.

4. Towels were very plush and large and my requests to have all feather pillows/bedding removed before arrival were filled.

5. Bathroom amenities were the same brand as they use in their Hampton chain (as I said before - it has a boutique label - but where oh where was the boutiqe-y - ness?) Two towels, had to send for more.
