1. I stayed here while I was attending a conference at the LA convention center, it was an easy & pleasant walk to my meetings or it was a quick ride on the blue line to Pico station.

2. the room was incredibly comfortable (the shower is amazing), the rooftop hot tub and lounge area is awesome, and it's in a great location within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

3. I primarly chose Hilton Checkers on other reviewers and as I wanted to be within walking distance to photograph some of dowtown buildings, in particular Walt Disney concert hall.
