3. i have read a few negative reviews about this hotel and when i got here - i just could not understand what on earth they were on about?the location is amazing - right by some shops, about 20 secs from a metro station (good because it connects you to the entire city) 30 secs to a bus stop that takes you around santa monica and rodeo drive and just in a nice and safe place.

4. It is right next to a metro stop but being located in LA, there are plenty of metro rail and bus stops all over the city and most only being 5-10 minutes walk away.

The room was clean and the security seemed to be right on top of things when it came to people entering and exiting the front doors and the elevators, and the location was convenient if you need to stay in the area of Korea Town for business etc, but just be aware if you have to hang out in the facility, you can expect the above mentioned concerns.

9. From the outside, the Wilshire Hotel appeared like any typical hotel: located on a busy street, valet parking (not free), bland looking building, etc. The lobby was welcoming.
