2. We called the hotel front desk within the first hour of being in our room to say that we would pay for the first night, but because of the condititions we wanted to cancel our second night, and booked a hotel elsewhere.

3. Our bathroom had tons of mildew, there was trash underneath both of the beds, cigarette burns everywhere, people carved on every surface there was(beds, mirrio, entertainment center) our phone didn't work to call out, but the front desk could call us.
