2. We end calling the police, officer ask to see the video and it was denied because manager was not there, but that was only excuses because before police got there the manager was in and out from the video room and that was our only prove of evidence, I just wonder what was he doing there.

3. well this is only the first incident, next day before we leave we ask for no room service on none of our rooms to this person passing by not knowing he was the manager and he said he will take care of it, but he didn't they still got in and stole my son's nintendo DSI with game and charger!for sure there was no room service but there was thief service.

4. I tried to get the manager but couldn't contact him because the workers were not giving us the manager name or allowing us to speak with him.
