I have stayed in some awful places in vietnam and never seen anything this bad, so i went down and said at the desk that i was willing to stay there if they could move me to another room which they refused to do and they also refused to give me a refund so we had to leave and pay for another room in another motel.

5. I called to ask to speak to the manager and was told he was a 'busy man, he has 5 hotels you know!' i should have known with the 'NO REFUNDS-DONT EVEN ASK' sign upon entry.
