6. well this is only the first incident, next day before we leave we ask for no room service on none of our rooms to this person passing by not knowing he was the manager and he said he will take care of it, but he didn't they still got in and stole my son's nintendo DSI with game and charger!for sure there was no room service but there was thief service.
