1. Edgar Padilla, Guest Service Agent was remarkable, I couldn't have hand picked a better more accommodating front desk, Service Agent, from the moment we entered and he greeted us to the morning we left, he took care of anything we asked of him.

4. They have a wine reception every night from 5 to 6, well we came back too late and when I inquired about it the person at the front desk got me a glass from the wine they had just put away, very friendly.
