Then noticed later some things that indicated it was not: some mold/
mildew
in the tub/shower - but quite acceptable, older style bathroom fixtures - all of which worked fine, non-matching chairs, one with a small hole in the upholstery.

Buildings are older, it rains a lot there so lots of wet/mossy/
mildew
areas, not so tourist-oriented like Waikiki, Kihei or Kona side.

It wasn’t a balcony but a narrow ledge with a railing that connected to all of the other rooms on the floor (no partitions) and it was stained green and black from moss and
