1. The rooms were clean but bare, no restaurants are open, pool area had no lounge chairs at all, internet was very very very slow, elevators were down and had to take stairs.

7. The walls need a fresh coat of paint, the linens and mattresses need to be burned, the pillows were about as soft as rolled magazines, and don't get me started on the slow drain in the bathtub.
