Pros: * nice setting at Lahaina/Kaanapali shoresCons: *very noisy - overcrowded, by music in the launges and corridors, and by hundreds of very laud birds coming overnight into the garden area trees* very small narrow and crowded beach w/ extra pay for the umbrelas and lounge chairs* only average resort service with lay back staff attitude, * long waiting lines for breakfest , but empty resort dinning halls at the evening ( overpriced)* worn out rooms with constant problems for bath items refills* lack of maintainance of the central not -swimming pool* grossly undesized guest parking.

10. While it is a treat to go to a spa on any occasion, we would not recommend the spa at the Westin due to the lack of atmosphere, and more importantly, the staff, which, in the case of our therapist, was outright rude, insulting, and not at all interesting in trying to accommodate our needs.
