1. I would avoid the third floor as that floor always looks more run down (odd because the spa and gym are on that floor).

2. On our last day we spoke to Anya and she advised us on how best to get to JFK airport - take a taxi ($45) and ask to the driver to take the bridge instead of the tunnel so to avoid the tolls.

5. The concierge service is staffed by very friendly and NYC knowledgeable staff - from recommending great restaurants, to little tips on what to avoid, they instinctively knew exactly what we were looking for.
