1. Choose your ideal pillow - as someone who struggkes to sleep and has vack issues this was great.

2. These are all minor issues (with the exception of the open patio door,) and they won't prevent us from trying The Benjamin again.

3. Only issues we had at all - and they could happen anywhere - the phone was not working (but once we remembered to point it out - we usually forgot until we were dressed for bed and wanted a wake-up call - our fault - they fixed it quickly.

8. The room was large with a great little sitting room and comfortable bed- the only small issues we had were that there was surprisingly little counter space in the huge bathroom to put our toiletries- perhaps a shelf would be handy.

9. Again there is the privacy issue arising from the occupants of the two adjoining rooms having access to the terrace.
