5. We last stayed here a few years ago and just had a 2 nite revisit and the location is still great, the staff friendly and inviting BUT the facility remains a classic old building - with old, slow, noisy elevators which are usually filled (there are only 2 for a large building); small (probably average for the area) but clean and dated rooms, no real view out the window with a nice kitchenette but uncomfortable and cramped bathroom; and the lobby is small as well.

8. The single rooms are deficient largely because all in the same room the fridge and icemaker make noise, light comes in from the door, and the rooms are a bit cramped.
