1. The pool was too small and too chlorinated but that was the only downside to our stay.

3. downside was I slept on the sofa bed which is by the window and there were rowdy guests from a wedding that were quite loud in the wee hours of the morning.

7. One immediate downside of this particular hotel is that it is built on top of retail and thus you have to take an elevator to what is essentially a fifth floor lobby.

Overall very good experience, went there with 2 kids aged 5 and 3, suites are definitely convenient for families, and very clean, no real surprise like any embassy suiteon the downside, I can mention that it was very crowdy for breakfast (not too mention a 20mins waiting line to get freshly cooked omelettes), there were no bagels though it was not bad at all.
