Then, I did not know the Embassy Suites is now a kids hotel, I would have never stayed, there was hundreds of kids running around, playing on escalators, no parents, no hotel security supervising these kids, I finally had to tell a couple of them to stop running and playing on the esclators and elevators, it was horrible.
