1. Breakfast was great--omlettes were lovely and the staff works so hard--not sure I'd want to work at a hotel that provides a happy hour reception every day and elaborate breakfast but they do it with a smile.

4. Granted the hotel takes their water quality very serious and worked very hard to fix it ( and did by 9 am or so) , it goes to show just how crowded it got.

Two of of the times of day that a business traveler needs to be really relaxing and stress free is the breakfast in morning and the managers reception in the evening; this hotel has staffed these two parts of my work day with diamonds, because if you have stayed in as many hotels as I have, you will be hard pressed to find such shining gems of employees as Miss Shirley, (the morning breakfast hostess); Norienga, Saed, Sandra, and Mary (who manage, staff, and cater the nightly managers reception.
