2. Hotel is literally steps away from a Bart station, muni transit, right in front of the Trolley turnaround, a Century movie theatre and all the shopping and cheap to expensive dining you could ask for.

4. We do book & pay for a room with two double beds here and also in many other hotels that we stay at in order to have the extra space as often it is not that much more expensive.

5. Small buts: Its expensive; parking is expensive (general SF comment) and if you don't appreciate noise - get a room away from the square.
