1. Though the hotel did pay for our clothes to be laundered, they did not compensate us for any medical attention we incurred or the fear of the possibility of going home and infesting our own place.

2. You'd think someone who is paying them an outrageous $500+ for one room for one night would get the courtesy of a 5 minute phone call to assuage any bedbug fears.

3. I don't think I slept at all the three long, horrible nights I was there--no, not because of the cable car noise because of the FEAR of bed bugs.

8. Their was no one on staff that could fix it so we had to wait until the next morning to be taken care of, which ment that we could not go out to town for a late dinner for fear of not being able to go back into our room.
