The room was small and ugly, the shower head was eye-level, there was chipping/cracked paint, the 'closet' was laughably-small, there was a stain on our duvet (or whatever you call that thing at the foot of the bed that isn't actually a blanket), and when we asked for more blankets the ones they brought were frayed and torn (though admittedly clean).
