1. Carpet was clean enough that I didn't have a problem walking around in socks.

3. Homeless problem outside hotel but isn't this part of SF? Cable car turns outside for easy access to Fishermans Wharf etc.

5. The UGLY: After my stay I read about this hotel having a bed bug problem, although I never saw one (and I watched for them, believe me) or had any bites.
