4. the one thing we disliked was the restroom, the restroom was spacios and included all the ammenities a restroom should have, but the tub was really poor condition.

5. Three poor women flew in from Mexico at 11:30 PM and broke down in tears when they were told that there was nowhere to sleep because the Fitzgerald had no record of their prepaid voucher and the entire city was full (big dental conference).
