1. The room was clean enough, though that could be improved, and the bathroom was large and had everything you needed (including hairdrier, shampoo, soap and body lotion, all of which smelled pretty nice).

3. There are no screens on the windows (problem), the windows lead right out to a fire escape (problem), the windows don't lock properly (problem), there is no air conditioning (problem), room smelled and there appears to be a bed bug problem.
