1. The guy on reception was incredibly laid back - but that wasn't a problem.

3. In general, the hotel seemed a little shabby and in need of some refurbishment, but this seemed typical of the area and for the price was not a problem (if you're expecting the Hilton, then you should expect Hilton prices).

4. I was told that all the rooms had the same problem and perhaps we should throw the used toilet tissue into the trash bin under the sink instead of the toilet bowl.

5. There are no screens on the windows (problem), the windows lead right out to a fire escape (problem), the windows don't lock properly (problem), there is no air conditioning (problem), room smelled and there appears to be a bed bug problem.
