On complaining again, we got a 9th room connecting mini suite (what we were to have in the first place), this took over an hour to finally get our room, and we heard the front desk person say that he didn`t care what we got - the customer service was awful, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned one day, on returning at 4 p.

On returning to check in, we had rooms that were not connecting, but 3 doors away, on complaining then said they were sold out, and then gave us another room that were 'connecting' and they were not, they actually did not believe us and had someone come and check to see if there was a door in the room.
