1. No complimentary breakfast; so unless you eat muffins (or whatever) in your room, you'll breakfast elsewhere (there are several options nearby), or in the hotel restaurant off an expensive menu.

Wouldn't it be nice if when you call and ask about availability, someone would help out with all services as in buffet breakfast and parking options along with room and different package offerings? buffet was $10 if not on package, but ordering off menu proved more expensive and the food no better.

3. I would normally knock a point off of the place for having such expensive parking but I'm giving the point back because the hotel staff is MORE friendly than the Disney Hotel staff.
