1. Furniture looks like it's from the late 80s and the bathroom fixture date from at least the 70s.

Sure, it's a little old and dated, but it has everything we needed (free wifi, coin laundry on the 2nd floor, a great little bar, a fridge in the room, decent sized rooms, big comfortable beds, a good shower, a safe in the room, iron and ironing board, swimming pool, coffee maker and a great location).
