The best is how these 'managers' are sitting next to me and other guests talking about how unhappy they are about there staff owners and the customers themselves, due to the fact they had people staying with them from the blizzcon convention, 'freaks' [--] maybe that's why you would not talk to me, Im one of those 40 year old 'freaks' glad to be one really, All 11mill of us at least show respect for one another.

2. I was actually frightened to ask one of them for something as she came across very unhappy to be there and that was a supervisor.

3. The Front Desk staff appeared to be unhappy about being at work each time, were not helpful or welcoming in anyway and when there was a problem they looked at us as if we were invisible, getting quarters for the washing machine was a hassle, by the way the washing machines also failed to work on several occasions throughout our stay and again no staff seemed to think this was a problem worth fixing.
