5. Showers were horrible as every morning we would take a shower, the water would turn really cold and instantly turn really hot, so I couldn't give my 2 kids showers.

6. Also they did not sell the passes for the transit bus for children there, the shuttle service on anaheim transit was horrible - out of about 15 bus routes, this one for this hotel was the least reliable.

10. parking is also a joke its like your in a prison in order to get out of the parking lot you have to get tickets and if they dont work you have to drive around and go back to the front desk and have them issue you a new one the management was horrible asking them what we could do about not having any water they just said it was an unseen thing to happen but no answers on what to do about taking showers at all would never stay there again.
