Our room had the `Wow` factor when we walked in and we had a great view of LA, however on closer inspection the room itself unfortunately lacked attention to detail, there was paint flaking off the wall in the bathroom, the bathroom tap dripped constantly, some of the handles were broken on the cupboards in the kitchenette.

3. The only problem they had was the ice machine was broken but when I called and told them so they remembered that we were part of the bachelor party and I didnt even have to ask as they sent up to buckets of ice.
