1. Believe me, I am the type of person who tells of a situation exactly as it is and if I wasn`t happy about an issue would speak out but in the case of the Hollywood Hills I had nothing at all to be unhappy over.

4. The pool is fine and it`s nice to have a kitchen in your room, though we had some issues with our ability to use it-more on that later.
