Our room had the `Wow` factor when we walked in and we had a great view of LA, however on closer inspection the room itself unfortunately lacked attention to detail, there was paint flaking off the wall in the bathroom, the bathroom tap dripped constantly, some of the handles were broken on the cupboards in the kitchenette.

6. unfortunately the rooms are merely tidyed each day, amenities sometimes aren`t replenished and the sheets are only changed every 3 days the maid informed me.
