8. We had a problem with ants around the bath tub in but we didn't say anything - we used just put boiling water on them ourselves.

9. We walked most days, without any problems and found the walk great for excercise, but for anyone unwilling or unable to make the walk the Magic Castle staff are always more than happy to drive guests the distance - at any time of day or night.

10. The free shuttle service to and from our room was unexpected, and the free mini-bar items - crisps, chocolate, bottled water, soda etc (ok so you have to go down to Magic Castle reception, but no real problem) was another pleasant surprise - and both at no extra cost.
