3. I see in the other reviews the other previous guests (leisure travelers) gave good marks to this property: I am wondering if perhaps these were less seasoned travelers? As seasoned business travelers, we have come to expect more from a business hotel:THE GOOD:*Handy Location to Financial District and Staples Center*Friendly Staff at the front door*Lovely rooftop pool and patio*Spa on siteTHE BAD:*filthy Carpeting- our feet turned black after a short time of going barefoot in our room.
