4. 'Disappointed with their lack of interest or surprise in the matter that SO many things had gone missing, I made the trek BACK to Los Angeles from NYC only to be greeted by pushy managers and unhelpful and uncaring staff, even after traveling all that way.

6. It is heads and tails above the Millenium Biltmore, which is right across the street, in terms of both quality of cleanliness and service and far superior to the Hotel Miyako in nearby Little Toyko, which although charming and in a great location, was lacking in quality of room amenities.

7. I would say the only downside was the lack of a minibar in the room and the bar at the hotel closed pretty early, so we weren't able to have a nightcap on the rooftop, as we had planned.
