1. unfortunately during my stay, it represented a brand of much lower standards and even though I knew it was a 'boutique' style property, that actually increases my expectation level, not decreases it.

3. Was informed at check-in that the rooftop and pool was closed because of a private party, very unfortunate because that was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.
